This workshop aims to empower young people and the community through a community-based vegetarian kitchen, whether through the development of professional culinary skills or through activities that promote gathering and socializing around the table. It also aims to promote a healthy lifestyle within the community through vegetarian cuisine, as well as theoretical and practical knowledge of this type of diet. Lastly, it seeks to create a business plan for the community kitchen through two aspects: the development and sale of recipes, and the creation of menus for pop-up events.

Luisa Mafei is a plant-based chef, creator of the "Cozinha Afetiva" project, cooking teacher, digital content creator, Healthy Eating mentor, and columnist for the Folha de São Paulo.
